Banner | Festoon

A banner can be a long piece of cloth bearing a symbol, logo, slogan, design or other message hung in a public place or carried in a demonstration or procession. A festoon is a wreath or garland hanging from two points, and in designed typically a carved ornament depicting conventional arrangement of flowers, foliage or fruit bound together and suspended by ribbons.
